Ballarina Girl

On Monday Stella started ballet with Miss Natalie (my ballet teacher as well). She did about as good as I expected! She tried to play with the toys instead, but when I told her she had to either sit on the chair and watch or join in she decided to join the class. It's only a class of three for now, Stella, Bella and Lucy. Hopefully she will enjoy taking ballet. She likes to look pretty and shake her booty, so I thought this might fit her!

Tristan's First Birthday!!!

We just spent almost all of last week celebrating Tristan's first birthday! We did our own little celebration on Wednesday for him and then had a party with the Duffin's on Saturday, then the Robbins party on Sunday. We loved having everyone over to celebrate his birthday with us! He got so many cute clothes and toys! The little 4-wheeler that Ashley and Debo brought on Sunday was a hit with the kids! It has been such an amazing year watching him grow up and do so many things! We are thankful to have such wonderful children and know how blessed we are to be a family. Happy Birthday T-BOY! We love you little one!!!

Museum of Ancient Life

On February 15th we went to the Museum of Ancient Life with Melissa and her friend, Jessica. Stella had so much fun looking at all of the exhibits, but most of all digging in the sand for bones. Tristan is always glad just to get out of the house and see new things. He is quite the explorer! And he did a great job at keeping up with all of the big kids! We enjoyed doing something that we had never done before, especially during the cold forever long winter!

Easter Pictures

About a week ago I took my yearly pictures of Stella and Tristan. I like to do them around Easter since they get new church clothes. I also consider them to be their "birthday portraits" since it's usually around both Stella and Tristan's birthdays. Stella is getting harder and harder to take any kind of posed pictures. She refuses to look at me. And Tristan takes cute pictures but I don't get a lot of variety since he doesn't know what I'm doing as I'm trying to pose them. I think I got a few good shots though!
